Ingredients:
Chickpeas, Paprika, Cayenne pepper, Coconut oil, Fresh parsley, Chilli flakes, Bell peppers (red, yellow), Salt to taste, Nutritional yeast
Method
Pan roast the chickpeas with coconut oil Cayenne pepper and paprika for 5 mins. Add peppers and roast for another 5 to 8 mins until peppers are soft but still a bit crunchy. Add chilli flakes and salt. Remove from heat and add nutritional yeast to taste. Sprinkle fresh parsley and mix well.
